Refund & Return Policy
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- Contact Us at orders@expsupplies.com or +1 (734) 469-4018 to request a return authorization (RMA).
- Once approved, ship the item back with the RMA number included inside the package.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once returns are inspected and approved.
- Partial refunds may apply if items are not in original condition.
